Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 20% charge of the total moving cost. To reschedule a move, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees and ensure availability. No-shows or failure to communicate may result in additional charges or service forfeiture.
