So Solid Moving Team provides moving services with the highest standards of care and professionalism. However, all services are subject to availability and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen client circumstances. We reserve the right to modify, refuse, or cancel services if terms of service are violated or if conditions make the move unsafe. By booking a move, customers agree to our service terms, payment structure, and cancellation policies.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued under specific conditions. Customers who cancel their move at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a non-refundable charge of 20% of the total moving cost. No-shows or failure to communicate may result in additional service charges or forfeiture of any deposits. Rescheduling within the 24-hour window is allowed without penalty, subject to availability.
